*All meetings and design hours are billed at an hourly rate with an estimation of hours and fees provided at the onset of the project.
Next we will meet at job site to assess the existing interiors, determine if there are any existing pieces that could transition into the new design, discuss your thoughts, measure and photograph. Determining how your family functions in this space will be integral to your custom design plan. Once the scope of the project has been established, an estimate of design costs will be provided and agreed upon before proceeding.
Based on the information gathered at our initial consultation, any follow up meetings and our ongoing discussion, a customized design plan will be created for you. Depending on the specific project, some or all of these services will be included in your plan:
– Selection & Specification of Materials, Fixtures & Finishes
– Selection & Specification of Furniture, Accessory & Decor Items**
– Space Planning
– Floor Plans
– Cabinetry Elevations & Details
**If purchasing a min of 90% of design products, your design hours will not be charged.
Once the design plan is approved and finalized, all materials, furnishings, fixtures and accessories will be ordered. In the case of a remodel, you will receive a full set of working drawings in order to proceed with the construction process. As this process varies from job to job, we will be in constant communication and involved with your project every step of the way.

When we built our home, Keri did a fantastic job at selecting, coordinating and placing our furniture and accessories in our home. She made the process smooth and easy, especially for me, being as I was pregnant with my second child during the process. We have thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable and beautiful home thanks to Keri.
